Strategy for the fulfillment of the mission of BVM following strategies are commonly adopted in all program as organizational strategy:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- People’s participation<\/span><\/li>\n
- Program delivery through village institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Involvement of women.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Development of local human resources.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Activating and working with Govt. machinery.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Participatory monitoring and evaluation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
MANAGEMENT<\/strong><\/span>
\n\tThe management of the organization is in the hands of an Executive Committee formed by the General body. Tenure of Executive is three years. The Executive committee comprising 11 members acts through organograme. All development process and program of the organization is being coordinated broadly through the wings.
