Baksa Vikash Mancha is a non-political, secular, Non-profit and professionally managed ,people centered developmental organization.BVM wants to undertake its mandate with a belief in:

Strategy for the fulfillment of the mission of BVM following strategies are commonly adopted in all program as organizational strategy:
- People’s participation
- Program delivery through village institutions.
- Involvement of women.
- Development of local human resources.
- Activating and working with Govt. machinery.
- Participatory monitoring and evaluation.
MANAGEMENT
The management of the organization is in the hands of an Executive Committee formed by the General body. Tenure of Executive is three years. The Executive committee comprising 11 members acts through organograme. All development process and program of the organization is being coordinated broadly through the wings. Net Work From the inception, BVM is building a strong network with various organizations from local to national level for sharing and exchanging of knowledge, to information experience an idea of development sector.BVM is an active partner of different regional and national of cicil society working for excluded section BVM is promoting voluntary organization, village institution village women committee, self half group (SHG), sports club, Farmers Club and Students of school and colleges.
